This is about the style, clear that the manager has instilled no risk approach which means no balls forwards unless certain pass on.

Look at how quickly villa have played it forwards and how slowly we have. Allows the 8 man block to set and we are not good enough to break it once set.

I'm not advocating lumping it hopefully forwards, but move it more quickly as soon as possession regained.

But when he played a no risk style we ended up conceding 3 against utter wasters like Newcastle and Millwall. How many managers do we need to go through?
