I suppose so, it just sticks in the throat that he’ll go out on loan, they recover his wages, and if he comes good either use him or sell him for a decent profit.….

Money makes money and we have very little to play with to do that now but we have done the same to smaller teams in the past, it's part and parcel of the game. That said it could still be okay business for us, he might sit back on his contract and get lost in the trappings of that much cash. You never know.

I'm still seething that we didn't sell Davies for 10/15 million when we had the chance, we have to take romanticism and one of ours out of the equation.
