I needed a refresher on the Tater again it's been so long. The second video... such composure and vision. We need that in the middle again. And he put in some nice tackles too. Mikel, we miss you. Keep on healing, the quicker the better.

i remember a couple of years back when i was 16 playing in the park..8 on 8 and after the match when all the man utd fans were gone shunt there was a little poll where it was asked

"who do you like more? Mikel Arteta or Cristiano Ronaldo?" 8 out of 10 guys replied Arteta,definately. Apart from his class i think the fact that many think ronaldo's a gay and an assole in personality mikel got more votes and I'd pay 1000 pounds more to see mikel than ronaldo

It is great and just shows how good he was in the middle of the park, and looking at those highlights, alot of them are against big teams. Even more impressive to be honest, considering he's been accused of 'going missing' in the past.

I think it was more a 'positional' thing more than anything. He simply couldn't dominate games outwide against bigger sides and naturally, given our lack of control in the middle of the park, he didn't see the ball enough in dangerous areas. Much more comfortable in the middle, hopefully he gets back to that level.

"I have a lot left to achieve, a lot of football left inside me. Everton have from the start done everything for me. They have given me all the facilities I need and I intend to repay their faith.
"I understand that a lot of people have forgotten about me while I have been out. That's normal and I want to return to give them something to talk about."
