Arteta is finally going to win a title isn't he?

Looks like it might be their turn this season.

They're currently on course for another win and if they do win it they go 7 points clear of their nearest realistic rivals, and with Liverpool down and out that's looking rosy for them.

City were hopeless against a huff and puff Sunderland team that merely got at them last time out. You cant win titles by getting bullied out of games like that. Arsenal look up for a scrap if needed whenever they step onto the pitch.
Yet they’re still not one of the best three teams in Europe?

I don’t claim it, you did. I asked you to name 3 better teams. You didn’t.

It's all about experience in the latter stages of the competition - QFs/SFs on - and Arsenal have hardly any in recent seasons.

I dont care about ratings and co-efficients: when the 💩 hits the fan and players have to stand up the likes of PSG, Bayern, Madrid, Barcelona, City, Atletico and unfortunately Liverpool all have a better chance than Arsenal.

Ok, no issues with any of that. All is said was Arsenal were currently one of the best three teams in Europe.

Now the season may end and Arsenal may win the league, but not get past the semi finals of the CL, which I presume you may use as evidence that they’re not one of the best 3 teams in Europe. Would you say Liverpool were the best team in Europe 04/05?

Best chance they’ll ever have. Not a great league this year so it’s theirs for the taking.
FA cup is also up for grabs so we must go full out to have a good run.

No, not at any point including after that final.

But you started all this off by suggesting that my saying Arsenal are favourites now to win the PL is somehow contradictory to my view that they wont win the CL or are even one of the 'top three' teams in the CL atm.

It isn't.

Arsenal have a lot of experience recently in the PL of just failing and they know what they have to do to get the job done this season.
In the CL that's not the case. They might win it, but I dont think they have the experience needed on that stage yet in later rounds.

So to clarify, if Arsenal don’t win the champions league but do win the PL they aren’t one of europes top 3 teams?

What would happen if Real Madrid win the CL but finish 10 points off Barca in La Liga and in turn Barca don’t make it past the quarter finals of CL?

You’re all over the place.

Two weeks ago he was saying Arsenal are struggling to find form
Lad's off his rocker 😆

Love Arteta for the most part, but he's employed a strangely annoying playing strategy at Arsenal. Maybe that is to be expected because he was decent at the dark arts and winning free kicks in his time with us.

If Arsenal win the league it will be well deserved for him and the squad, after being nearly-rans for a few years.

Like Liverpool last season they've been the most consistent so they'll win it, don't have to be amazing just consistent and other teams like City, Liverpool etc inconsistencies make it comfortable
