And we established what we have available for the best part was terrible.

You wouldn't expect guadiola to have Brighton top of the league because he is a better manager than Houghton , same principle here. The squad was terrible 3 months ago and large parts of it is still here.

So until the actual new better players are forming the team then why expect anything different? How many were not good enough back in the arse end of may ? They are still not good enough now. We bought better players so let's curb our real moaning until the team formed from them is losing 2 -0

Even though we're better in attack through the new boys we are still absolutely pissing goals at the back. Offside or not, look at how the second comes about. Comical and we wont be keeping many clean sheets this season.

Glad some of you are drawing positives from this, but I'm certainly not. We are anemic in front of goal. Can't even find a goal against Arsenal who have yet to keep a clean sheet all season.

Again I'm not annoyed I'm just reflective. Dominated them completely up until the goal and we should've had 1 or 2 goal advantage with a top class striker. It's going to take time.

Just do one Everton! Played decent but yet again beaten by a top 6 team. Losers like the whole club. Just gave up at the end. So bloody frustrating. Easier set of fixtures yet no different to last year with the ridiculously hard start. Not good enough. Siggy crossing was a disgrace and needs dropping for that alone.

A very encouraging performance, one poor clearance and as offside a goal as you would ever see. We had more chances than ever before here, seems like we'll never succeed here.
