It’s purely embarrassment on their part that having set their mould for certain managers, the concept of changing the narrative is impossible for them to contemplate. It’s laughable.

I hope they do. It means we’re giving them something to write about outside their usual narrative. Let them hate us, and let everyone else in the Prem hate us. Everyone hated the brilliant Manchester United sides in the 90s and early 2000s and they swept all before them.
