Good half in general. Were well in this game.

Beto absolutely abysmal though at hold up play. O'brien also looking a little shakey with ball at his feet playing out from back.

I'd like to see Barry for Beto sooner rather than later after HT

We're solid on the right: Garner and McNeil and the covering O'Brien are bottling their threat up.

If they do score it'll be by working it through our left side of defence.

Excellent fist half. Really good team performance and a little unlucky not to be leading. Look solid too.

Very decent first half, that. I was worried after 10 mins that we were just going to sit deep and do nothing going forward but we've been very effective hitting them on the counter. We're a little unlucky not to be ahead.

Moyes has us turning up at the best side in the league and going toe to toe with them - great stuff... feels like we needed a goal in that half to get something, but we shall see....

Apart from.the first 10 minutes I thought we were the better side.

Need to get Mcneil and KDH more involved, when them 2 find pockets of space they can hurt Arsenal. Mcneil in particular has done really well.

The one glaring problem has been Beto, hes been absolutely dreadful once again. Slow to everything, not holding onto anything, watching his man and not the ball. Just another embarrassing 45 minutes where everything breaks down when he's involved and hes got to be doing far better.

Jake has also looked a little ropey, but settled down a bit more in those 5-10 minutes.

Shame we're not 1 up cos no one could complain of we were.

Commentators still crying over Arsenals non penalty, their goalkeeper has made the only save, we have hit the post and Arsenal have cleared one, inadvertently off the line with the back of the falling defenders heel. Cry some more Sky.

Genuinely curious…what do they think should’ve been a penalty?

Contained them, and had the best chances.

Beto is the most technically ungifted player in English football. Awful performance that half.
He needs taking off.
