I`ve followed your advice and now exist entirely on chickpeas, low fat tinned tomatoes and Maykway curry powder.

I`ve lost eight stone, my teeth are dropping out from scurvy and I`ve got rickets too.

Apart from that I feel great.

Pattaya is mostly Indians and Russians now. You can tell who comes from which country pretty easily - the Russians are usually always the worst dressed - I'm talking gingham 3/4er length pants - whilst the Indians and other South Asian and Middle Eastern men aren't far behind with their jogging pants.

I take it the Indian lads are a bit more tanned as well?
