Hope he continues playing, if that's what he wants to do. Was never as bad as people made out, and he fought his way back from a very bad injury, when many others would just have given up. He also had a spell were he was the catalyst for Roms game going up a level....since then only Valencia has 'supported' Rom with decent runs.(Barkley on rare occasions as well). I'd love to know the reasoning on the year extension to his contract.

Maybe clubs have 'contracts' with certain agents and generate money for them in ways like this, to cover favours done with other players/signings...
