got no reason to not believe Bobble when he says it’s signed - but yet again our cancer of a club take about 3 weeks to announce anything, they don’t make it easy to trust anyone at the pace they go

Why is it an embarrassment?

Club have never commented on any interest in the player, we are in a pregnant period where we don't have a manager in place to sign off on any deal and Spurs are a CL club who would understandably be a bigger draw for the player.

Everton have embarrassed me plenty of times, but this one doesn't feature on my radar

Embarrassing because if we don't buy we're getting relegated
 

The length of time it is taking to announce his signing certainly will create doubts about him coming.

However, FL was hardly secure in his job when he agreed to join last week.
 
That being said if we’ve done all the stupid stuff like media BEFORE everything is signed off then they deserve it. And I don’t count out that happening considering the club is incompetent from top to bottom
