The deal was that Everton wouldn’t start paying wages until he was named to the senior squad. I never saw anything about future injuries.
 
I thought because he was injured we weren't paying his wages. Maybe it was until he got on the pitch. Maybe I just imagined it all
There was talk about some clause saying we dont start paying his wages until hes fit to play, but im guessing thats only covering the injury he was dealing with when we signed him on loan.
 


Just been watching the post-match press conference.

Moyes' language was interesting.

When referring to the prospect of sending Broja back, he said "it's not done yet," then specifically went on to clarify that we wanted to free up a loan slot.

8 loans in total.
2 domestic. (can be 4 in total over the season though if say first two were 6 month loans).
6 foreign.
Is it really up to 6? Or maybe thats what it was and they changed it last year? Would be great if so, easiest way to shore up the roster without buying players no one wants.
