Are we in a relegation battle right now?

Are we relegationally challenged?

  • No, too early in season, over 38 games there will be at least 3 crapper teams

I don't remember Wimbledon cause it was 6 weeks before I was born.

But I don't know how some of you coped that year lol

We're perfectly safe and sitting top half. I think the diabolical footie on show has skewed some of your judgements.
I was there, constantly getting moved about in the gwladys cos they'd let too many in. What a game. Hopefully we won't ever have to go through that again.

That was one of the worst days I've ever endured in my life tbh mate, the overwhelming emotion at 10 to 5 was unreal and that night we went to me, mates mums 40th at Allison's in Litherland were I managed to fall down the fire exit which was about 50 iron steps if I remember, plus it's my nans birthday who'd not long died, but I was over the moon we survived:confused:

Was up a tree in Stanley Park and there was more and more wanting to climb up. people shouting
Can you go any higher lad.
Me saying if we were i wouldn,t be up this F..Tree

Coventry game was worse than Wimbledon for me.

Had to watch it in my uni TV room with lots of RS cheering Coventry on. Room mate was an Arsenal fan and they'd beaten us 4-0 the week before to win the league.

When Coventry equalised and we missed a penalty I just left and walked around in the fresh air for the last 10, muttering and praying like a mad man.

Jody Morris was a legend that day

Relegation is no longer likely at all so the pressure is off. How far upwards we can go is debateable and the big focus should now be on who rebuilds Everton for next season. Hopefully not Sam , but also hopefully not a feller recently sacked by Watford. There must be better available.

Yes....you could do that because the Park End had been flattened.

The fact there were only three sides added to the surreal atmosphere surrounding that game.

Khale i did that cos i had no other choice.
Made frantic last minute arrangements to go to this potentially awful occasion and was disappointed (but that,s another story)at the last minute by not being able to get a ticket.
Alls well that ends well.. did we dance that day though:dance::dance::dance:

We are ok now. Looking at fixtures and form, I cannot see more than 2 of Southampton, Palace, Stoke or West Ham getting past 37 points.
