Interesting first post by @Everstone in the very tense and highly charged DCL thread

‘Would someone be kind enough to list all areas of conversation forum members aren’t allowed to joke about?
It’s getting a bit dull reading the virtue signalling tripe coming thick and fast.
Are people with metal health problems allowed to laugh at a joke about mental health problems? Or are folks going to have a problem with that too?
Perhaps spending a little less time wetting yourself over other peoples opinions might help ?’

Are we all too sensitive these days or are we right to correct people if they cause offence?
`are we too sensitive`- some people are certainly allowing themselves to be softened up and some are pretending they`re sensitive for their own gain as sadly we live in a litigious society. i think Steve Hughes had it right about causing offence - `so what, be offended, nothing happens. youre an adult deal with it`

This forum kept me sane for 8 difficult years of my life. People i have never met made me laugh, gave me hope and kept the darkness away.
When you start restricting words or opinions you close doors and avenues to opening your mind.
I love this club, i admire the fans and without it who knows where i would be.
Thats the serious bit.
I also believe in absolute freedom of speech. That includes the freedom to be offended too.
Many amazing posters have gone by the way side over the years. In my opinion a loss to us all.
If we are left with only perfect people who tiptoe around subject matters. The conversation will dry up and the fun will die.
Keep up the good work gentle peeps

I dont use the word snowfalke because it's usually reactionaries who use the term, but I do think there is too much sensitivity toward Calvert-Lewin.

Her's an utter belter off the pitch and personifies all that's wrong in football.

How does he do that, Dave?

Its the jumpers isn't it?
