I could see Solskjaer viewing Everton (if we approached him) as a good stepping stone to United.

Laudrup and solskjaer interest me, maybe lambert
For a second there I thought you said Lambert....

haha, did you think he was a good coach before he went to villa? norwich had a badly gash team and he got them consecutive promotions and then mid-table in the prem. They played similar football to us, but also won a lot of games despite being dominated, especially in the championship. just not too sure what he's doing at villa atm. He has a lot of gash/young players to choose from though, just don't understand why he's picking them all.
My only concern would be that now he's at a biggish prem club he's not doing so well. but i think he'd be taylor made for the way we play. we'll see
Laudrup for me, its a no brainer, although I quite like Martinez but I not know if that's just cause he knocked back the ****e. To be fair to him, I do think he played a big part in getting Swansea were they are today.
Hasn't he spent something like £20m net this season though? They have lost nearly all of their best players over the last couple of seasons which has obviously hurt them but I think he's been quite naive in assembling a very young and inexperienced squad. He's the ani-Moyes, if you like.
he's also done sweet FA with wigan though. They're finishing lower than when he started. i wouldn't totally object him, but i think a club like us could do better. find the fact that we're not talking about foreigners is funny, we all know bill is not as broad minded as that
agreed with BLF about laudrup as well.
yeah i know, he has raised doubts. think he's been a tad unlucky with both of his experienced centre halfs being injured most of the season. benteke and vlaar cost £10.5m of that and they've been good value, but yeah, he's still young and learning so it's partly excusable. Think he left norwich because he could see he would not be able to take them any further, wouldn't surprise me if they're seriously fighting relegation along with villa
