Are Man City actually any good?

Its a problem with modern footballers or at least a change from the last generation who weren't satisfied with just winning things once, they want to keep hold of it and win it again and again.

There's a reason why, for the most part once, a side wins the league and they drop massively the following season mainly due to players who just don't seem to be bothered after winning it.

Probably down to "winning" in the wage department than the trophy cabinet.
Who wins in the wage department, Everton or Brighton?

City are very good and while Salah, Van Dyck and Robertson are all lying on the treatment table they'll overtake the RS and win the league.

Hurrah!

.....regardless of City dropping points, the Reds have been relentless. The points total the Reds have is astonishing and it would be difficult for any team to live with that.

I said pre-season that I thought City would have a good go at the Champions League. It’s very difficult to compete for your domestic title and win the Champions League. Of last season’s semi-finalists, only Bayern were in contention for their domestic league.

And it was with a Dortmund down year. That league is awful.
