Sometimes it's just a case with these youngsters that they are not infact good enough. That doesn't mean there useless or can't come in and have a good game or two but over-all there not the future, and other options are better.

He always seemed to play well as a sub. I still really don't know why he gets a chance. Maybe if we get into Europe he'll get some experience. Usually big strikers develop later on and he was playing well for us so I wouldn't get rid of him yet. If Bob isn't going to play him he should be loaned out.

Just like Mustafi, I'd bet a lot of money we'll look back on Vellios and wonder what happened. I'm in no doubt he'll go away to some no mark team in Spain or Italy where it's perhaps nicer weather and reappear in 2 yeas time worth a few million. Due to his size I can imagine him coming back to a mid table Prem side, bet he even scores against us. It's such a shame his attitude is so bad because I think he would be excellent in our system; Bobby clearly likes a big no.9
