The man’s a genius, he’s played the long game here, he knew it would be an arduous task to take on the non-believers one by one so he’s defeated them all at once, now he stands there with his metaphorical foot on their collective necks…. Well played Sir David of Moyes x
Does he read Beanos too - hes in the beano club admit it, :D you know him from there

Now I know there’s some anxious doubt deep set from the past few seasons lads but we’re all blues here and right is right: some of you owe the #ThankYouGaffer an apology for wanting rid of them in recent weeks.

That debate has thankfully been now put to bed but everyone would think loads more of you if you are man enough to apologise for wanting Moyes gone and wanting to put Everton back into the dark ages because you can’t handle losing a game of football.

This is the thread to apologise to our leader and fellow blues on this forum. Thank you and thank our gaffer.
Does he sign players in the future like Nick Barmby - just asking for a friend :D

hey glad we won Father Christmas has long gone - it showed we lack confidence the 2-0 we seen some football - when that 2nd goal went in
Plus whats this thread doing in the Ale House?

Also have a look on here at the GOT match thread first half .....
I watch, I don't post during games.
Will never understand the 2 combining.

What is more important, a post reaction, or 90mins of watching your team..

@Rita_Poon

Like I said, i don't understand..
I totally get it if you can't watch the game, it's good interaction knowing what's going on.

But how much proper intense gametime do you miss, posting when watching.
I would put everything on the fact that most people have missed a goal by posting.
Or the actual feeling when you see it.

Sorry if it upsets people, I just can't understand it myself 🤷‍♂️

I consume the match via the radio, so I can follow and type 'war and peace' if so desired.
I suspect the match day threads provide a connection between far flung blues that can't make the match yet still feel part of the experience.
Hammering the ref, expressing disgust about certain opposition players, celebrating a big moment - goal/tackle/save, questioning the manager, tactics and subs. etc.
The feeling at the moment of big events has been massacred anyhow, var.
Fortunately through technology big moments end up as short vids in the thread before they are eliminated by I suspect the copywrite holders.

If I could get a bit of teletxt on my CRT with the radio going, it'd be prime 80/90's experience.

I get what you're saying with the radio side of it, and like I said if you can't watch it.

Take for example the Newcastle game, 2 of our goals were scored within 2- 3mins after we conceded.

Hitting a post with a response to what we done wrong for the goals, you've just missed our goals.

Anyway, i'm killing a thread on just a personal loss in understanding it.
