Barkley awful. Kelly Garbutt not bad. Two shocking pen calls for Rovers - the first after Mucha saved well one on one before the oppo fell into him. The second a point blank cross hitting the hand from 2 yards. Followed by the most incredulous corner awarded to Rovers in the history of football. Nice finish by Tollo.

Rodwell was ok but was taking it easy. Duffy did well before going off.

I agree with you. Stubbs isn't good enough if results are how you judge reserve footy. When Everton got out of 2nd gear we were ok but I think Rovers deserved it albeit they were given a large "in" from the ref. 6 subs 1 injury + drink break plus 3 pens do not equal 2 mins injury time plus the 1 added minute in the 1st half was nearly 4. Go figure!

Rodwell was really poor, I'd expect someone like him to being dragging the team through games like that, instead he stood just behind the back 4 trying to spray 40 yard wonder passes all over the park. Every single one went whistling past the intended target into the stands. Don't even get me started on Coleman and Barkley
