Yeah was a fairly bad performance. Coleman looked quite good first half but faded abit in the second. Duffy didn't have a good game at all - which is a shame because he was great in the few games he had last season in the prem. The other CB didn't really impress me either to be honest. I thought Garbutt played well, i'd like to see him get on the bench a few more times this season rather than rely on Neville covering LB.

Barkley didn't do much until the last 20 minutes or so of the game, Rodwell was involved in alot, but it was either basic touches and passing back to the defence or long field balls to the wing - he just needed to pass the ball forward. That said, him and Vellios did combine well to win the penalty - i was shocked neither of them took it!

Im more concerned that we're two weeks away from the begining of the season and the majority of the first team has played what two preseason games and none in a couple of weeks.

How did junior do he looks a tidy player? I agree with the comment a few posts ago its a disgrace at the amount of pre season games we have played!

Junior was hit and miss really. Always wanting to get on the ball and wanting it into feet but then some of his distribution was poor. I think he will be a very good player but at the moment i don't think he will displace Gibson this season but he could learn a lot from him.

No-one should be looking to displace Gibson this season, him & the big guy are great.
