Had to leave the pitch cos he was blowing out his arse like he did every week for us. It's an observation that he struggles to play the game at an intensity he wants to for 90 mins, perhaps experience will help with that, as there's no reason for him to not be fit enough.

If he didn't need to be subbed perhaps Newcastle wouldn't have lost their shape and the game. As above perhaps he will gain experience as to how to manage his energy levels to play 90s mins at a consistent level.

Tbf he wasn’t the only one to come off for them. Howe took Tonali out and swapped a couple of others as well. The changes seemed to negatively impact their rhythm.
