One level higher and hes winning games for us himself.

More skilful than Alex Young.
Better looking than James Rodriguez.

All he needs now is to add goals to his game and grow a moustache so he can gazzump those other frauds, Dean and Southall.

P. S. He had a decent game today. Was neck and neck with Alex Iwobi and JonJoe Kenny for MOTM in the 1st half. Took a really good corner as well.

Sounds like the type that will want to be here for all his playing career. Hopefully he keeps on improving and we make our way up the league.

Easy to say that in hindsight but Barkley was very good under Martinez and in Koemans first season.

Lads pushing on well lets hope he can keep it up. Still think he needs to polish off his end product if he's to become next level quality but that will hopefully come with experience.

I never thought he’d develop this quickly, I have to hold my hands up, can’t really say it’s just 1 fluke of a game, he started to deliver and be consistent for last few months
