MK defender bad header back to keeper=luck(good work ethic to chase though)

The lad did do incredibly well against Nuremburg-and placed the shot well.

I stand corrected-one of his goals in europe seemed lucky.

vics game is structured around brawn and strength, hes 19, and up against fully grown adult athletes that have more experience in terms of knocking lumps out of the opposition.

Vics game is based on power and pulling defenders all over the place or tenderising them for Johnson or Vaghan, if he can add ten goals a season to his overall game i think he may have a future in the first team.

I've read an interview in which Anichebe says he likes being a sub better and that he admits he struggles with fitness over 90minutes.

Sorry but of all our strikers hes the one I have least hope for,I hope I am wrong but he lacks that little bit of skill that makes good players into great ones.I think he gives 100% every game but only seems dangerous when coming on when the defenders are tiring,But he has time on his side to prove me wrong which I hope he does:unsure:

I think you've got him spot on Roy, Frank Wignall mark two mate(y)

For me, the starting point for Anichibe to improve his game would be his attitude. Anichibe can behave like a petulant child and quite often his attitude to his team mates is appalling.
Although when he comes on as a sub, Anichibe can provide the strength and determination to score goals or play others in, he is too often lazy and complains if the ball is not played to the exact position he wants it. He is reluctant to chase for the ball if he thinks it out of his way or unlikely to reach it. The way he berates team mates when he does not get his own way I am suprised he has not fallen out with some of them! Although this came very close on Saturday when both Neville and Arteta spoke to him after he kicked off at them for not playing the ball exactly to his feet and expecting to move for it!

Until his attitude changes, Anichibe will struggle to be the player that we all hope he can one day be.
For those of you that don't agree with me, and I know there will be some as we all have different views, watch the next game he plays. Look at his body language and attitude to others. (Maybe not the derby though, he should be well up for this and if he isn't there definately is a problem!)

he gets frustrated easily, hes being asked to out brawl defenders bigger and wiser than he.

if he can get to 21 and put three stone on across the shoulders, everton fc will have a whole new idea on what we considered the unsworth 'rhino'.

we have brawn in the striking options.

we have pace in the striking options.

we need a 'brains' player.

they are few and far between.

Being a sado I collect Everton badges, and got Unsworth last week for £2 and I swear the badge is faster than he is::lol::lol::lol:

he scored for Nigeria today, goal in his first appearance, not bad, he is a good player, i just think its all about his confidence

He's a good impact player, nothing more.

He just hasn't got the first touch or the brain.
