In regards to the booing, were there really people booing Tony Tiger whenever he got the ball, 'cause that's what it sounded like on the telly.

Big Vic is just not an alternative as a striker right now. No confidence and never, never, goes straight for goal. It seems symptomatic of the whole team right now though, I think we had maybe half a dozen half-chances where Vic, Coleman, Saha or Becks could have pushed on for a clear cut chance but instead decided to cut in, try a pass or whatever. Someone like Foster you clearly need to bombard since he is prone to dropping a ball or to. Looked like Ossie and Rodwell were the only ones to have a go..

Not sure about the booing but I'm sure there were screams for him to shoot when he was outside the box.

Could be wrong though...

He has just gone backwards since the horror tackle from Nolan against the skunks, he got a nice payout from them, maybe he should go off on his jollys now and cheer himself up a bit. He shouldn't be near the first team as he is, give Baxter or Gueye or Velious a go, we don't know what they will bring as they are untried but it has to be better than looking at Vic sulking for the 20 odd mins..with absolutely no end product what so over.

I rate him to be honest.

I would. But he can be unprofessional. Whether that was his age or his general character is another matter.

But he's not a teenager any more.

He's got all the attributes. But his decision making needs to improve as does his attitude.

I DID rate him...and stuck up for him for a while....and he has shown some good performances in the past...

BUT - I've changed my mind. He doesnt have a footballing brain. Flat out doesnt have it. He cant finish 90minutes, he cant score, he cant dribble, he cant head the ball, he doesnt use his strength, his movement is poor - the only thing he can do, when he's up for it because he's clearly low on confidence, is get the ball and drive forward with pace which is a rare thing in the team that only Coleman can really do.

Other than that....He's a championship player...and he'd even struggle to get into a good champo team.

Its a strange one to be honest...Moyes rates him ...but then again Moyes is the kind of person that will try and hammer a nail through a glass table till it works out for him.

Never be a top striker, but i reckon defenders hate to see him coming, he is what he is and it has its uses.

Full tilt - hes not a bad player - problem is like most of the team is consistencey and playing to his top level performence week in and out.

I think defenders piss themselves when he comes on to be fair. I've had more threatening turds than him.

Full tilt ive been impressed mate, seems signing his new contract hasnt done him any favours, to be fair he makes defenders work and makes space for others - he will never score more then ten a season - but i think he has his uses. I thought he was terrific in the first derby this season.
