Angus 'happily dissatisfied' Kinnear

You just watch them.
Yeah I know. This window is a hell of a lot bigger than last Summer now and my faith is hovering about a 0.01% chance getting it right at the mo.
If I hear those words again though, I'll be removing the people myself.

We've played down Europe this season, We've basically said we've exceeded expectations. If their is even a sniff of those words coming out again, that's a reason for dismissal itself.

He's mentioned the need for squad depth. Which is probably progress in the first place. But we need to see action and an actual plan because they didn't have one last summer.

I also don't really understand what happily dissatisfied means.

We’ve had 18 games since Christmas and won 5 of them, if they’re “happily dissatisfied with this season then god help us. Loser mentality trying to celebrate the fact we’re not looking over our shoulders.

“Whilst the media and other fanbases clamour for frequent managerial change, we value the stability that David brings and the ability this gives the whole Club to plan for the long term.”

I don’t think I have heard a club use the term “stability “ more than we have the last few decades. We talk a lot about plans and projects, it’s fluff to me, we flatter to deceive with buzz words as the backbone. Tiresome.

That's because we've been run like Billy Smart circus the last few decades.
