Not directly it isn't. Technically the money the mone's got for knackered ppe that wasn't worth a damn wasn't tax payer money, it was emergency pandemic response money.

This actually on further thought presents a really difficult situation for charles and co. His brother and 8th in line to the throne is no longer a prince. Now there is another prince, who's kept the title but like andrew is no longer on active royal duty. Harry has a problem with police protection when he visits the uk, what will be the police protection around his ne'er-do-well uncle? Will be interesting how this pans out.

edit: Harry gave up active royal duties*, his uncle was stripped of them. That is the connection and that only, re the police protection and safety stuff. Also, I don't reckon Harry ever asked plod to go digging up dirt on someone.
