Andrew

We don't know enough yet about who was trafficked and when, and whether uk jurisdiction was involved and of course if he used royal privilege to facilitate uk airspace and airport access to his good pal jeffrey and his private child sex jet. For instance.
Think it'll only be a criminal offence in the US and doubt he'll be popping over to Universal Orlando any time soon so probably moot.

there are sexual offences that are able to be dealt with in the UK if its a UK citizen committing them abroad and summat like if it would be considered an offence had it been committed here. Its a relatively recent law and I doubt it would be retrospective; it was used against Glitter IIRC
As a Mr, not a Prince, he is more susceptible to being surrendered to the USA if they ask. See ya Andy, off you pop.

This is basically an admittance by the king that Andrew is as guilty as sin… there would be no way the palace would have dine this if there was any doubt of his guilt.
I am certain you are right, but I think you underestimate the crown's ability to throw even the innocent under the bus if it suits them.

You make a very valid point. As a defendant in a court case he is or would be a total calamity even if he was totally innocent. I'm only interested if he can play right or left back and if so. is he available during the January transfer window?:D
