Had final say on most signings (yes not all), treatment of players was questionable.

Best desicion he made was listening to Bales agent and father by playing him central/on the right behind the striker.

Worst football ever, no pace, no movement and no forward passing.

No integration of youth whatsoever and has said he wants to retire by 2020 to be in the dakhar rally.
