Think he’s have plenty of offers as a free agent on way more than £50k / week.
Just not particularly suited to this league unless at a team like City* where teams are scared of them and let them have possession, but certainly not any Everton team while he’s been here unfortunately.
*that doesn’t mean I think he’s good enough for City now.

One of the biggest disappointments for me. I don’t believe we ever really got to see the best of him for long enough. Son done a number on him, if that tackle from behind never happened I think he would have been great for us. I can see him heading to France or Portugal and maybe even winning something. Good luck to him, I never have an issue with a player when he is being over paid, while they may ask for big wages in the contract negotiations it is the club that gives it to them. If any of us was offered £2000 a week I don’t think any of us would say “That is very generous but I’ll do it for £1500”.

Awful footballer and always was. His season at valenica that got him to barca was a statistical anomaly. The underlying numbers suggested it was a fluke but like Sandro's season before we signed him. He was hated at barca. Came here and barring 2 or 3 really good performances always just looked elegant while doing very little. Doesn't score goals. Doesn't make goals. Doesn't tackle. Doesn't run. Weak as piss. Gives away free kicks in dangerous areas over and over. Its nothing to do with the injury either he's the player he always was. 135k a week too.

Bet he doesn't. He's genuinely crap. 50k a week is the absolute best he can do unless it's saudi. He's not even good on the ball. It's a myth. How many assists has he got for us

I’d be surprised if he’s shown 90 minutes of superb footballing ability since he’s been here tbh.

I think his beauty has saved him from criticism befitting his largely abysmal performances during a very expensive spell here.
