so Simms and maybe Mills if we are short on wingers are the only 2 attacking options

There are no wingers in the under 23's , to be brutally honest none are ready , other than maybe the two you mention and possibly Price.
The other forwards we have who look decent are proper kids.

Forest has no space in the squad anymore I believe...but as other mentioned work permit could be an issue even if we do not know for sure his immigration status. He spent a long time in England so who knows...club is apparently saying that they are not interested. At this point I would take him on short deal just to have at least another option from the bench.
