Well done boys, it wasnt pretty at times but plenty of graft, and great defending from jags and distin, onwards and upwards

i think the problem was a faulty copy of mass effect - i have reinstalled the programme using the Steam installation and all of a sudden we have won.

I'm incredibly happy we finally have a win, might actually go out now instead of sulking at home.

But keeping my rational head on says this is just one win. A very good win but still only 1 out of 7.

The game today was the same as most this season, only difference was we weren't punished for a defensive screw up by you know who and we had a bit of luck to get the own goal. Then a superb bit of skill which had been missing so far from Baines to get a decent crossing position and we get a second.

This match will not mean alot if we lose to the rs with spurs and Stoke after that.

We need a good run.

WE NEED A GOOD RUN.

Not being negative lids, but lets make this win important as the one which started our season.

Shame we had to have one as normal but we do. Long way to go yet though.

This.

Typically enough, I missed the game on account of my first day at a new job, but delighted we won. Our second consecutive clean sheet, and a second consecutive good result away from home, so hopefully the lads will feel ready to tear Liverpool a new one (Hodgson, don't forget, is absolutely dire away from home).
