I'm not having Oyster stuffing/dressing - will say though - Dressing is amazing!! Done right you can eat it for days afterwards - for me a Turkey and Dressing sandwich the following day is the best!

I'm not much of a fan of dressing of any variety, but in my family it's always smoked oyster dressing so I had to include it.

No idea.

Garnish maybe? (I think it's actually a balsamic tomato salad, which sounds pretty good, but there is no way that isn't the last thing attempted).
