Yep I understand that. However it wasn’t the amazon prime feed itself which people thought it was, just internet speed. Once labour get in and get everyone free fibre broadband it may take off.

I watched the games last night. You don’t have to use the commentary, can use the stadium noise which is great. Can’t wait for our game against Burnley to hear the boos.

My picture was sound, seen people complaining however think that was down to their own internet connection speed.

It seems like a "sensible" way to mop up subscribers from other platforms to me. If the business is to make deliveries seem cheap and viewing or listening content readily available, the juggernaut pushes ever onwards.

All that is needed now, is for them to pay a fair amount of tax... and have a government who wants to make it happen.

Already boycott them (horrible company, disgusting working conditions, anti-union, crappy treatment of suppliers etc, Bezos himself being Lex Luthor) and Sky (Murdoch) anyway so no bother to me.

Sky is owned by Comcast now...which owns Universal etc.

Murdoch disbanded and sold 20th Century Fox where Sky in Europe was part of the package. They couldn't sell the whole lot to Disney due to news media part of the package had to be removed and sold elsewhere.

Disney bought Fox's entertainment division. Comcast bought the rest.
