2023/24 Amadou Onana

Think it's obvious we're in need of the short term cash just to stay afloat so expect a balance of lower fee than we might expect with more of it being paid upfront. Maybe the deal could be sweetened by getting Smith Rowe on loan in return? Wouldn't fill the gap Onana leaves behind but would offer a bit more cutting edge in attack than we currently have. Then it's over to KT to conjure up a direct replacement.

Onana has already done a Lukaku by speaking about leaving Everton while on international duty.
A double your money return would be hard to refuse and Thelwell has done well so far in the transfer market.
But, we absolutely cannot sell until a replacement or two are lined up.
This may explain our chase for the young Man Utd midfielder.

Don't believe this tbf.

We've been toeing the FFP line for a long time, and had to loan in Raya as we couldn't Afford £30m, this only happens if we're selling a player like Partey *Who's Injured* to Saudi, or Academy Graduates like Nketiah / ESR which Equals pure profit

But for us to just find £50m behind the Sofa, hogwash.

Some bright sparks at Arsenal decided £65m and £270k p/w is top business for Havertz.

Toeing the FFP line for a long time - by spending well over £200m in the summer, before getting Raya in on loan?

Any money you have to spend needs to go on a striker.

Havertz is a shocking signing. Silky player but lightweight and does not improve you one bit. Waste of money and wasnt what you needed at all.
