There were clips of him training in Miami a few weeks ago so that was probably filmed then not recently. But I’ve seen no real explanation of what’s going on with him.

I’d imagine it’s a video put together from his time there, not sure why he would still be there unless for some rehab on an injury or something but I’m sure that could be done at the club.
