I dont think Moyes will play Billy . I think he may give a start to Heitinga though I wouldnt hold my breath . I just hope to god Leon Osman isnt allowed anywhere near the pitch itself .

I think Moyes would disappoint you then, even if Billy ain't getting a start the line-up would always include Osman and Neville is most certain to start as well, it should looks something like this:-

Since Osman is more effective in the middle against Fulham, he would start there, and since according to you Billy won't start, then Gosling would have to play there, and Neville must play for some reason, so he would take Hibbert place or Neville in midfield and Heitinga in RB.
