Alonso - should we be worried?

I'm just wondering whether we should be concerned about Arteta being unsettled should Javi Alonso leave the RS.

Aren't they best mates?

They were good mates when they were kids, clearly didn't stop Mikel buggering off to Paris and then Glasgow whilst Alonso stuck it out in Spain.

Can't really thing it'd make much of a difference if he left the city now - Mikel's been here a fair while, not like he doesn't have any other mates!

As for his missus - she's in the States most of the time acting now isn't she?... He's hardly off there!...

There were some articles about that when he came here. And she has stayed in Spain while Arteta has played for us, so it doesn't seem like it will change now. I fear he will leave after next season to stay with his family, since he has stated that he wants to end his career in Spain. The baby would make another reason for him to return there.
