We agreed what was then a British transfer record with Forest for Stan Collymore in 1995 before being gazumped by Liverpool. We all know how his career turned out to go with his off the field stuff but Collymore was a top player and would've made a terrifying prospect for defenders had he been paired with Big Dunc.

He could've been anything he wanted but Collymore ended up being a serious waste of talent.

He suffered terribly with depression, which was very badly handled by the RS.

I know he went onto, to do some bad stuff in his personal life, but his footballing career was blighted by depression.

Nunes from Flamengo, gutted when it fell through, all over the local rags that he wanted to be the first Brazilian centre forward to play over here,it never happened and the rest as they say is history?

Man Utd wanted him but ended up signing Andy Cole instead. Collymore probably would've had a different career had he been managed by Alex Ferguson instead of Roy Evans (who he described as 'weak'), Brian Little and John Gregory.
