Yes but above that in the box where it says your seat number etc it clearly says post.
Cross reference that with the Norwich game or previous cup games and it says card.
One STH has said already above that he's received a physical ticket
Yeah I noticed that but I've never ordered a home cup game on my season ticket so haven't got anything to compare it to. I just assumed it said 'Post' as I already had my card in hand. Pretty conflicting email all round then really lol. I haven't received a ticket myself in the post yet but then again I only ordered it a couple of days ago.
