I think they’ll want Brands in first. If that doesn’t happen this week you have to question if it’s happening at all.

I also think Moshiri will be keen to have the new man in place and ready to be announced ASAP after Allardyce leaves.

I don’t really mind the sequencing but the whole musical chairs thing should all be wrapped up in two weeks, end of the month as an absolute if we are to give ourselves any hope of an improvement next season.
