Our fans don't seem to grasp the situation that we're in.
We didn't go for Sam because he's the best candidate, we went for him because noone wants to manage us. Sacking him won't bring in a top manager, if anything it'll make the few that could be interested put off even more.
4 managers in a season, a team that aren't playing for anyone, players that seem deeply unhappy.
You'd have to be mad/desperate/looking for money to manage us.

I know mate I just thought it was funny likeSome of us can see the big picture![]()
It is absolute nonsense to say that no top manager would want to come to Everton.I don’t think that is the case, though.
It seems pretty certain Silva wanted to come to us but Watford would not allow it.
I think Dyche would have very willingly came.
So whilst I take your point about no “top manager” being willing to come here just at this moment in time, and adding that I don’t think firing Sam is either imminent, sensible or particularly desirable right now, I think it is totally wrong to think no one else wants to manage us![]()

The exact opposite is true. Good managers are at the top because they have ability and a belief in that ability.
Everton are still regarded as a big club with a big fan base and more importantly a club which seems to have big ambitions.
Everton have backed their managers always as best they could at the time in the transfer market.
Everton are a club that like to give their managers support and the last two have lost their jobs because of an absolute meltdown in the team over several months.
It is a hugely attractive club, loyal, passionate fan base and in spite of one really poor season there is potential to progress the club.
I kind of get the impression that no matter what name is given they will be dismissed as not top names or not good enough.I will say it then, the way the club were before and after RK which top manager would leave their existing club and come to Everton, give us names not dreams.

)Indeed...some of our present "supporters" just think sacking a manager after a few games is the answer. End of season we can possibly review the situation and get rid of SA, providing the board have a decent replacement lined up...but will not happen until then imo. Even so does anyone trust our board to appoint anyone half decent with their awful track record over the last few years?? I certainly don't.I am 100& with you on this one mate
, back in the late 70,s , I despised Gordon Lee as did a number of Evertonians but the supporters I knew never would dream of wanting Everton to lose to get him shunted , or look at rehashing a rendition of " We All Hate Leeds - TO We all Hate Lee and Lee - we all ******* hate Lee
How can anybody give names ?I will say it then, the way the club were before and after RK which top manager would leave their existing club and come to Everton, give us names not dreams.
Get him out before Leicester. Why wait another 6 days when we all know exactly what sort dinosaur football the fat corrupt beaut will serve up.
You wouldn't walk into McDonald's and expect an Indian. So why have we appointed Allardyce and expected football?
