That man is James mate, it is written. He’s going to puncture that barmy high line they’ve been getting away with, over and over again. I can smell it, the time has come.........and there’ll be no one there to see it ffs. A decade I’ve waited for this ffs.

I was just bout to type something like this, we've brought in big game players, imagine James looking across the tunnel at Jordan Henderson and not fancying his chances of dominating the game. `Jordan 'kin Henderson.

Imagine the tunnel, with Doucouré looking down about a foot and seeing the weak asthmatic impostor of a footballer Jordan Henderson.
A smile will creep across his face.

exactly my point, the priority is the next 3 points and so on. dont leave you best players out because you think the next game is easy.

yes I would love to take 3 points of Liverpool but its no more important than the next 3 points.
 


MERSON: ALLAN TO EVERTON BEST BIT OF BUSINESS

Paul Merson on Sky Sports News:

"I watched Everton at Chelsea just before lockdown and they were beaten 4-0 and I thought ‘this is one of the top managers of all time, surely this is not going to happen and he’s going to have a team that keeps getting whipped up away from home?’

"But fair play to him, he’s come back and said ‘I want this player and this player’ and he’s got Dominic Calvert-Lewin looking top draw, I thought he was a top draw player anyway. James Rodriguez has been brought in too.

"For me, I think Allan is the signing of the transfer window out of everybody. I think he’s a top player, he’s a good holding midfield player. Everton have always been paceless but they’ve brought in Abdoulaye Doucoure. When we used to play at Everton, it was a hard place to go and it’s back to being a hard place to go and that is what Evertonians want.

"You never know, they might be able to do what they did years ago and finish in the top four."
