Hes kin scum....I know a business who did a job for him and they extra on top of extra.....his missus was fine with the bill...he walks in says he isnt paying....yada yada yada.. in the end his missus meets the business without him knowing and settles the bill....he then calls the same business and asks do some other work...naturally they say you didnt want to pay last time?...he says thats how it works mate...needless to say they didnt do the work...allegedly
