Become a bit of a swiss army knife for us in terms of positional flexibility. However the fact that he plays the same way regardless of outside pressure has been huge. That mentality is what keeps us up.

This, he has had games where he has made a difference going forward, today he was as big as anyone for the defensive effort, worked hard, didn't mess up, looks like he wants to stay up.

He was fantastic, in what was somewhat of a right midfield position. Company man. Cant believe im saying this but lets keep him. His strenght is passing and holding up some. he does that really well in this lampard team.

Different players suit different playing styles and managers. All the chopping and changing has resulted in a really disjointed squad.

Iwobi is a classic example of this, but he is finally playing in a system and under a manager that suit him.

Need to stick with Frank and let him build his own team.
