He's not a player suited in any way to any of the things we are doing.

He can keep saying he's out of position or whatever but his first touch is awful, he struggles to pass forward and he can't win a tackle. These are basics of football in any position.

See the thing is he did track back a lot yesterday but people say this every time because of the one time he gets caught out. Targett had no joy at all aside from one run. Meanwhile on the other side Cash was a constant threat.

I say it over and over but he gets the ball forward more than anyone we have bar James but he's extremely one footed and needs to be in a spot where his right foot can be used to pass easier than it can on the right wing. So left side or central and he'd at least offer that forward movement.

As I've said many times he's not perfect or even necessarily good, but he's so much better than Sigurdsson and the constant accommodating of Gylfi at his expense from two different managers now is harming us overall.
