I'm 50-50 on this I can see both sides, 40m is a bit steep but the market is absolutely stupid right now so he's worth about 25m if that.
Plus side is he's quite experienced in the Premiership with 100 apps at 23, Possible room to grow, bit raw on the talent side.
Down side is he seems to do too many tricks for his own good and 40m for someone who managed 3 goals last year is a bit OTT.
