I can't be arsed now with signings like this. 25 years if depression continues!

Lol, I'm half full honestly!
mate I remember getting all excited when we signed Alan Biley FFS.

He's young, very quick, experienced in the prem. An established international. Maybe Marcos belief and trust will have that magic effect and very soon we'll have a £60 million player on our books

Sorry but desperation signing this. Don't rate him at all. Put it this way he doesn't get in in front of Bernard.

Well he's not because the head of BBC sport yesterday said we were after him as well as zaha yesterday.

This was someone we were after anyway. He's another target that we wanted and got in so now time to get behind the lad.

Another piece of shrewd business by Brands when you consider they initially rejected £30m (of sorts) and were wanting a bid in excess of £40m.

Yes he has done pretty well there. He seems to negotiate well. I think Iwobi is ok, but seems like Silva likes him and it's a fair enough price really. I'd rather pay 28 for Iwobi than 70 for Zaha.

What did we end up paying for him in the end?

Heard wildly differing figures from 25-40 mil...

I’m happy with this signing fwiw.
Was never a massive fan of Zaha (I’ve said this on here a few times, big fish in a small pond and ridiculous price)

Always looked a prospect, but never got the game time needed to develop at Arsenal. With game time here he could really kick on.

Definite upgrade on Walcott, mind!
