This is the 5th time England have played Albania, they’ve only won by more than a 2 goal margin once, a 5-0 win at Wembley in the Italia 90 qualifiers. The other games were 2-0 the month before that and 2-0 and 3-1 with the so called ‘Golden Generation’ in the WC 2002 qualifiers, the former of which came days after THAT game in Germany
