Notwithstanding Bobby's impact and our obvious good form, things have just been fantastic surrounding the link between the club and the fans, so many great initiatives from the Youtube channel videos (inc the Christmas special), the Fanzone and so on.

The combination of Roberto's arrival and Alan's return to the club is brilliant. They were made for each other and we're enjoying the benefit of a much more open and intelligent approach to the supporters and the media, which can only be positive.

Yep, I tweeted him a thank you several weeks ago the media coverage has been markedly better (non existent before) and all kinds of other things about the club show a man not only a master at his job but a blue as well.

Completely. He is forever replying to individual fans and I actually (literally) bumped into him at the fan zone and I wish I'd have said thankyou to him, but I didn't. Just walked on past thinking about what a great job he'd done.
