the moutinho bid wont take a month, and it would be easy to get players in last minute if he did reject us, theres tons of other players to buy, maybe not as good as moutinho but still good enough, Bradley for instance, stated his ambition to come to us,

It's a bit worrying. Moutinho will cost us 20m, 4 other addition will blow our budget to around 40m. Do you really believe we have that much money? Unless we offset some of our spending by selling. I have big doubts that we could have splash that much money on players while we have such a huge debt on our backs.
