He's looking good now but he always does after he's missed games.

Come March he'll be losing the ball and falling over again.

Hes probably our strongest player mate, granted though contempory modern forwards have to have the skill of drawing in tackles in difficult situations to win a free - its cynical but good centre forward play.

See - Drogba Didier.

Yeah he will start off being a big strong centre forward who holds the ball up well and either lays it off or wins a foul.

But just watch, give it a while and the old Yak will return (that of the run of games before he got injured).

I'm not gonna call him lazy but it seems to me that at first he is all eager to impress and do well and is up for it which is when he is great. But after a while he becomes bored and uninterested and the sloppiness creeps in, the poor passes creep in, the falling over rather than being strong in the tackle creeps in. And the diving creeps in.

Then he will have a break and come back great again.

Never a red at the weekend, Yellow yes and a word - but refs are ruining games all over the show lately and he was another casualty.
Gutted he isn't back at Goodison for this. I wonder if he will instead go AWOL for a jolly around North Africa (like he did when on duty whilst being paid by us).
